Store and use of the website

These terms apply to your use of the store at saltandstoneqvk.shop, operated under the store name saltandstoneqvk. Use the website lawfully and only if you are able to enter into a binding purchase agreement, or with appropriate adult supervision. Products, prices and availability

Read the product description and select the correct scent, size and quantity before purchase. Images illustrate the goods and appearance can vary with screens and lighting. Product availability, pricing and descriptions can change. We aim to keep information accurate and may correct errors or omissions. All prices and checkout amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Discounts, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown in the final checkout total; review that total before submitting an order.

Orders, payment and cancellation

Submitting an order does not by itself guarantee acceptance or stock availability. We may need to verify payment or delivery details, correct a material listing error or decline an order where there is a lawful reason, including suspected fraud or inability to supply the goods. If a paid order cannot proceed, we will explain the outcome and arrange an appropriate refund. Payment processing follows the Payment Policy.

Contact support@saltandstoneqvk.shop promptly with your order number if you want to cancel or amend an order. We will confirm whether the change is still possible. A dispatched order may need to follow the return process instead. We do not exclude mandatory cancellation rights that may apply to your transaction.

Delivery, returns and customer issues

Our Shipping Policy describes free Standard Shipping in Canada, normal processing of 1–2 business days and transit of approximately 4–6 business days after dispatch, normally approximately 5–8 business days in total. These are estimates. Our Refund and Returns Policy provides a 30-day window for eligible returns and exchanges, free approved return arrangements, no restocking fee and approved refunds within 10 business days after return receipt and review. Those policies form part of these terms and cannot reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Permitted use and intellectual property

Do not use the website for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, unauthorised access, malicious code, interference with site operation or collection of other customers’ information without permission. Website content and product branding may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to their respective owners. Purchasing goods does not transfer those rights. Do not reproduce protected content or use branding in a way that implies an unverified endorsement or affiliation.

Third-party services and responsibility

The store relies on Shopify and other providers for functions such as payment and delivery. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party content, and you should review relevant terms when using those services. We use reasonable care to operate the site, but temporary interruptions can occur.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to losses reasonably attributable to the store and does not extend to unrelated, indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, overrides a statutory warranty or restricts mandatory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods.

Applicable law and updates

The store’s contact location is Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. These terms are subject to applicable Ontario and Canadian federal law, while preserving mandatory rights that apply in the customer’s province or territory. No term requires a customer to waive a protection or remedy that cannot legally be waived. We may update these terms and show the updated date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an order already placed.
