Currency and available payment methods
Prices and checkout amounts on saltandstoneqvk.shop are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment methods currently provided by the storefront include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover, American Express, JCB. Availability can depend on the customer’s location, device and the payment provider’s requirements. The available methods for your transaction appear in Shopify checkout before you place the order.
Secure checkout and the final amount
Enter payment details only in the secure checkout provided for your purchase. Shopify and the relevant payment service handle the payment information. Our store does not view or store your complete payment-card details. Keep your banking and account authentication information private.
Review the final order amount before submitting payment. Checkout shows the selected goods, any valid discount, applicable tax and delivery charges. Standard Shipping is free for orders delivered in Canada. This storefront currently offers Canadian delivery only, so it does not quote international shipping or import charges. A payment provider may separately apply terms or fees under your agreement with that provider.
Authorisation and payment processing
Payment processing depends on the method selected and its provider. A provider may authorise a payment, show a pending amount or complete a charge while the order is being processed. A pending authorisation is not necessarily a second completed payment. Check your order confirmation and the transaction status in your payment account. Do not assume that a pending entry means an order was accepted or that every payment method uses the same capture timing.
Failed or duplicate payments
If payment fails, check the billing details and any authentication request from the payment provider. Contact the provider if it declines the transaction. Before trying repeatedly, check whether you received an order confirmation or see a completed charge. If you believe you were charged twice or paid without an order confirmation, contact support@saltandstoneqvk.shop with the order number if available, transaction dates and amounts. Do not send your full card number, security code or account password. We will review the issue and help identify the appropriate next step.
Refunds
Eligible returns and exchanges are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy. We provide a free arrangement for approved eligible returns and do not charge a restocking fee. After a returned item is received and reviewed, an approved refund is processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need extra time to post the refund. If the original account is no longer available, contact the provider and our store so the appropriate process can be reviewed; we do not promise to refund to a different person or payment method automatically.
